My friend Rosie was staying this weekend so we pottered around Soho and the village. She bought this ridiculously pretty dress and I ended up buying the Jacquard shorts below. Also spied this pair for a smarter take on the denim look - Chambray shorts with scalloped hem, this (brave but rather gorgeous) Leather short and these casual Gap ones.

These are on my wish list for spring (if it ever arrives), they look great with slippers or pointy flats. Always Skinny and Boyfriend Jeans from Gap.

So GAP has landed in Hong Kong. We were missing some good quality  (and affordable) basics so I bet people are pretty happy. I love these loose t-shirts (whoop whoop they are in the sale) and I've always worn their black skinny trouser/jean things. If you are in New York check their 1969 store on Broadway, no one seems to know about it so its quiet and often has better stock, especially sold out items like leather trousers etc...

I haven't shopped in Benetton for decades but I stumbled upon their Autumn/Winter goodies and was pretty impressed. Love this cape and pleated skirt, both around USD125. Bargain.
