lesley blume lets bring back cocktails and lulu frost jewels

I met the fabulous Lesley Blume last night, she was rocking black and gold vintage Oleg Cassini (I am pretending I know who that is), the crowd was cool and buzzy, assisted nicely by the free-flowing Hendricks Gin for her cocktail book launch, "Let's Bring Back" at Hotel Americano (check the names... Angel's Tit was a hit...) this pretty much sums up the evening:

Lesley also teamed up with Lulu Frost designer Lisa Salzer to launch this limited collection Let's Bring Back by Lulu Frost for Moda Operandi, available for pre-order until the end of today! They officialy launch in early 2013, so treat yourself, the start of the year always needs a bit of sparkle in the post. 

burberry...the digital darlings excel in beijing

Please excuse the lack of chat on the Wednesday post, it was the Husband posting the event for me while I was away. Bless. I don't think he'll win any blogging awards for that one. Beijing was simply incredible, Burberry did a mind-blowing job, I am only just recovering...words don't do it justice, you really have to see it for yourself...

I will be missing in action most of this week, I'm going to be in Beijing for the enormous Burberry event to celebrate their new flagship store opening. I will be hanging out with holograms, watching a virtual fashion show, listening to Keane play for the first time in China, getting lost in their brand new 12,500 square foot store...and generally misbehaving. You can keep a close eye on the action, the digital darlings will live stream it, check Facebook and Twitter, or Sina Weibo/Kaixin/Douban/Youku....come on get with the programme :)
